    MCL have an immediate vacancy for a Project Manager

     

    Details:

    For our International Government Sector Client (Non-Oil & Gas)

    Location:

    National locations include Midlands, London & Leatherhead.
    (Necessary for individual to be mobile, with a base in one of the key locations)

    Experience Required:

    • Hold an undergraduate degree – ideally in computer science, maths, or engineering
    • Hold, have held or eligible to apply for UK based security clearance
    • Have a Project/Programme Management qualification such as: APM – PFQ, PMQ; PMI PMP, MSP
    • Proven ability to manage large-scale/complex transformation programmes and projects within a public sector environment (scoping, planning and execution)
    • Understanding of the principles, development and application of RAID, RACI and risk management
    • Experience of delivering change in a UK Policing environment
    • Experience of working in a SharePoint solution environment
    • Overseas the delivery of all elements of the TF Fingerprint
    • Capability in line with the technical and business designs signed off by the Design Board
    • Supports the HOB Biometric Lead in aligning and supporting the links between TF and HOB
    • Liaises with the Stakeholder/Communications and Transition Teams to ensure consistent up-to-date messaging can be developed and disseminated in a timely manner
    • Develops and maintain project documentation in line with the TF Programme Office
