MCL requires a Lead Cost Engineer on an LNG FEED Project for our Oil and Gas client. 

Duration: for an initial 6 month contract role that has an immediate start

Rate: target limited company rate of circa £60.00 per hour.

Location: The role will be based on 5 days a week in the clients Offices in Leatherhead.

Hybrid working possible with two days remote.

The role is likely to be outside IR35 but the final decision will be made after a Qdos assessment

• Establish budgets and track compliance and  deviations
• Analyze cost, progress, and performance indicators
• Earned vs planned
• Committed vs budget
• Analyze trends & forecast to-go
• Lead the change management process including capturing and documenting changes
• Develop and monitor contingency draw-down plans
• Develop and maintain cash flow projections
